Shipping + Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days to return/exchange your item. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and undamaged in the same condition that you received it. All items must be shipped back in its original packaging. If you received your order and a mistake was made on our end, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. However, if you simply have changed your mind on making this purchase or want to exchange it for a different size/color/style, you will be responsible for the return shipping, as well as the shipping cost of shipping the new item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please email email@example.com with your name and order number to begin the return/exchange process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
